Phoebe’s father Vinnie recently got in touch with PEBL and explained that as a family, they feel it important to be generous and not take things for granted. Phoebe was therefore happy to give the bike to PEBL’s Chair – Clive Grattan to find a new home for it on the Prospect Estate. Clive took great delight in delivering the bike to an extremely appreciative (and excited!!) young resident.
