The PEBL Partnership were thrilled to commemorate 10 years of working within the Prospect Community with our friends at MCP and the many local residents who supported our celebration at Moorfest on Sunday 14th July 2024 in Moor Rd Park.

The day included: free bird boxes for all residents to support our local wildlife, free (temporary) tattoos, free face painting, a melts stall and free refreshments.

The British Legion ran a fun stall and supported the day. Rushmoor Rotary Club supplied and cooked the delicious burgers and hot dogs while Grange Junior school ran the ever-popular bouncy castle to the delight of the many young children that came along with their families.

Representatives from Hawley Community Gardens came and showed off the excellent progress they have made both in their garden and within the community.  Wonderful Nepali food was also provided by our valued and generous Nepali neighbours.

Farnborough FC in the Community Football Club ran beat the goalie, Julia led the ESOL stall and Emma opened the toilets at Farnborough Football Club just for us too.

A BIG PEBL THANK YOU to all the many local volunteers that made the day such a success and all the local residents that came along and helped make Moorfest 2024 a truly memorable community day.
