PEBL is delighted to have allocated £85,857 for the total amount spent on the Water Lane smaller children’s playground. The playground is now fully open and already being enjoyed by the children of the PEBL Community. It has been completely refurbished and the toddler play zone includes additional stone under footprint to improve drainage to prevent the flooding the previous playground suffered after rainfall. The refurbishment included renewing the safer surfacing and installation of new equipment as well as a new bench, bin and a sign board. Thank you to everyone that completed our survey on the designs. It is our hope that local children will both enjoy and make precious memories at the new toddler playground for many years to come.
