Mr Joel Tuquero of Holywell Close manages to keep his garden so nice (despite an extremely busy work schedule at A & E at Frimley Park) that he won the PEBL Best Front Garden award! Jenny and Clive, our PEBL Chair and Vice Chair popped round and gave it to him at the weekend and just to mix things up we took this picture in the back garden!!
