MCP held it’s annual Carol Service in the Mayfield Community Centre Monday 18th December. St. Bernadette’s and Cherrywood School Choirs were fabulous and the team from Church of the Good Shepherd did a great job with a lovely service.
The Deputy Mayor of Rushmoor, Steve Masterson attended and Father Christmas also put in an appearance!
PEBL volunteers helped sign people in, prepare and serve refreshments after the service as well as putting out chairs and generally helping out. MJ Events Support provided the food and £40 in donations was collected which will go to ‘The Larder’ food project at Church of the Good Shepherd. Brilliant all round!
