A big thank you to everybody who came to help at our PEBL litter pick on Saturday! We had 32 volunteers from PEBL, Mayfield Community Partnership, our local Cherrywood councillors, volunteers from Hawley Community Gardens and other residents besides.
It was a great team effort – together we managed to collect over 20 bags of litter along with a shopping trolley, 4 chairs, a coffee table and a fishtank!
The rain held off while we were out and it was great to see just how much can be achieved when we all work together! Well done and thank you to all!
