PEBL is pleased to have planted 27 new trees around the Prospect Estate. These new trees will not grow to a height or be a nuisance like regrettably some have become on the estate. They have been distributed as follows:
Caswell Close – 16 trees
Carmarthen Close – 5 trees
Bideford Close – 1 tree
Totland Close – 2 trees
Bracklesham Close – 3 trees
Ideally, these trees will ultimately replace some of ‘the nuisance trees’ that hide light, are at risk of falling, or causing damage to paths and homes. The 27 new trees have been strategically placed too so will not affect any underground pipework too.
The PEBL Tree Project ensures a new generation of suitable trees for the future generations living on the Prospect Estate.
